Clearly you’ve figured out how to lose weight at home, so just because you’ve now reached that ever annoying plateau that plagues all weight loss participants don’t let it deter you from your journey. It’s not in the least bit uncommon during extended periods of intentional weight loss to hit that spot where you just can’t seem to lose anymore. Keep at it because you will again begin to lose weight.
If you been concentrating mostly on dieting maybe it’s time to figure out how to build muscle and lose fat simultaneously. Joining a gym or exercising in the home can be great ways to kick start that weight loss again. Be proud of what you’ve accomplished and enjoy your success. Don’t let a bump in the road discourage you to the point that you throw it all away.
